Three more weeks

Well, we leave Germany three weeks from today. Boy, has it gone fast. Dave is looking forward to the food back home, but I'm already getting sad about the prospect of leaving. This has been such a nice place to visit and it's been great to have time with all the kids.

Dave just went outside to take the trash out. It's 10:20pm and still as light as a cloudy day.Grace and Isaac took uber-naps today, so we didn't end up venturing out of the apartment until 3:00pm, which was good, because I had tons of work to do while they slept.Dave went to the market tonight. I asked him to get some fruity quark. Quark is a German cheese which is like a cross between cream cheese and yogurt. He couldn't find any quark with fruit in it, so he came back with the next best thing, quark with chives. Turns out I already had a package of that in the fridge.
