Spending allowance kroner

On Tuesday, Sam, Katie, and I walked downtown so they could spend their allowance money.  They had very different visions of how they wanted to spend their money.  Katie wanted to go into a candy shop and buy everything in sight (just like Pippi Longstocking does).  Sam wanted to use all the money on one Lego kit.

Walking past the sledding hill at the end of our street.

Katie bought an ice cream cone.  Sam held firm to his goal and saved his money until the Lego store.
Katie was very generous and shared much of her candy with her siblings.  But she loved being in charge of it and doling it out to her own fairness specifications.
