Thanksgiving isn't celebrated in Norway (lots of Vikings in their history, but not so many pilgrims or Native Americans), but that didn't stop us from having a family meal of gratitude. We had our Thanksgiving on Friday, because the kids were off of school for a teacher planning day. I did some pre-Thanksgiving prep on Thursday.
