Tonight, we made gingerbread men. We've been buying pepperkake at the market since they started stocking it in early November, but it's much more fun to make your own.

I think the ginger people need a house... and quite possibly some clothes. Since Katie is a baker/designer/fashionista I say this would be an epic endeavor, especially if Grace is at the helm, doing what she does best taking charge.

ReplyDeleteI adore that you titled your blog entry Pepperkaker (rather than Gingerbread). In fact, being immersed, I bet you the Norwegian words are starting to come to you before the English words do. That started happening with me after about a month into my longest trip...
